Detailed Description

Surgical lamps are lighting fixtures designed to provide illumination from above, even in ceiling-mounted or mobile form. Surgical lamps provide powerful illumination of the sterile field and the area where the operating personnel works (in the range of 130,000 - 160,000 lux) while preserving the true tissue color (>85 CRI). Mostly found in Operational Operating Rooms, Procedure rooms and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Surgical lights can be single-armed, double-armed or three-armed, and active surgical images can be viewed by adding a monitor connected to the integrated camera system on an extra arm. Due to their design, surgical lights should be able to provide all possible positions and angles without the need for the surgical team to apply extreme force. In addition, in order to easily adjust the light, the control remotes should be designed and positioned so that they can be used easily with sterile equipment.
